Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Representative to join our team. This role is essential in fostering relationships with clients and driving sales growth within the assigned region and investors.
Duties
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the region to promote loyalty and satisfaction. Conduct outbound calling to potential and existing customers to generate leads and follow up on inquiries. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively across various platforms, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role; call center experience is a plus. Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proficiency in analyzing data to make informed decisions that drive sales performance.
- Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
- Accounting management and reports for the region including processing and handling investors's financial transactions.
- Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly with the company's guidance.
- Handling financial transactions accurately when necessary as directed, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
- Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Maintaining a good Image of the organization at all times.
